VisibilityAI is a business-to-business platform intended for use by business owners, marketers, and agencies. We are committed to protecting the safety and privacy of minors and do not permit any content, conduct, or activity that endangers children on our platform.

Our service is not directed at, and must not be used by, individuals under the age of 18. By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

We have zero tolerance for content or conduct that:

• Sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors in any way
• Depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form
• Attempts to solicit, groom, or make contact with minors for harmful purposes

Any account found engaging in such activity will be immediately terminated and reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent bodies, where applicable.
