Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

VisibilityAI offers monthly subscription plans (Basic, Pro, and Premium) that are billed in advance. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

2. Cancelling Your Subscription

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings.
  • Cancellation stops future billing — your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period.

3. 15-Day Visibility Guarantee

If your business profile is not indexed and visible on Perplexity or Bing AI within 15 days of registering on a paid plan, we will provide the next month of service free of charge. This is our primary remedy for visibility-related issues and does not entitle you to a cash refund.

4. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are considered only in the following cases:

  • You were charged more than once for the same billing cycle due to a technical error.
  • Payment was deducted but the subscription was not activated.
  • A verified failure to deliver the core service (visibility indexing) that is not resolved by the guarantee in Section 3.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, dissatisfaction with AI platform rankings (which are controlled by third-party platforms), or partial use of a billing period.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us at thinksuite.visibilityai@gmail.com within 7 days of the charge, with your registered email and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
