Refund & Cancellation Policy

VisibilityAI offers self-serve subscription plans - Starter (₹5,000/month), Plus (₹10,000/month), and Premium (₹15,000/month) - plus a custom-priced Enterprise plan, billed in advance. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled.

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard settings.
• Cancellation stops future billing - your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
• No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of a billing period.

AI engines decide for themselves what their answers contain, so we do not promise that your business will appear, be mentioned or be ranked in any AI answer, or by when. Whether your business appears in an AI answer is therefore not a ground for a refund or a credit.

Refunds are considered only in the following cases:

• You were charged more than once for the same billing cycle due to a technical error.
• Payment was deducted but the subscription was not activated.
• A verified failure to deliver the core service (visibility indexing).

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, dissatisfaction with AI platform rankings (which are controlled by third-party platforms), or partial use of a billing period.

Email us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge, with your registered email and payment reference. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5 - 7 business days.
