Delete Your Account

To delete your VisibilityAI account, send a deletion request from your registered email address to thinksuite.visibilityai@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request", along with your registered business name.

Once your request is verified, we will permanently delete:

• Your login credentials and account details
• Your business profile, description, and uploaded logo
• Contact information associated with your listing
• AI-generated content tied to your business (descriptions, FAQs, keywords)

We may retain certain records — such as billing history and invoices — for a limited period as required by tax and accounting law, even after your account is deleted. This data is not used for any purpose other than legal compliance.

Deleting your account does not automatically process a refund. If you have an active paid subscription, please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before requesting deletion. We recommend cancelling your subscription first, then requesting account deletion.

Deletion requests are processed within 7 business days of verification. Once processed, this action is irreversible and your data cannot be recovered.
